MAJOR CHANGES COMING TO MISSISSIPPI DUI LAW OCTOBER 1

There are many changes ahead for Mississippi DUI defendants starting October 1, 2014. In less than two months, a good number of people charged with driving under the influence in Mississippi will be eligible for non-adjudication, which will allow them to avoid a DUI conviction altogether. In addition, most people with past DUI convictions will be eligible to have those convictions expunged from their criminal records.

If you or a loved one have been charged with a DUI, make sure that you hire a lawyer who is familiar with these substantial changes in DUI law. For a free consultation regarding any criminal issues you may be facing, including DUI under the new or old laws, you can contact the Eichelberger Law Firm 24 hours a day at (601) 509-2050.
