About

A former clerk for the Eichelberger Law Firm, Madeline Iles joined the firm as a full-time associate. A native of Natchez, she represents clients in felony and misdemeanor criminal matters, expungements, DUI, civil rights, and workers’ compensation cases. After becoming a member of the Mississippi Bar in 2020, Madeline served as a judicial law clerk for Judge David Neil McCarty at the Mississippi Court of Appeals.

Madeline has represented clients at both the trial and appellate level, arguing before the Mississippi Supreme Court, successfully resolving criminal defense matters in state court, and recently winning a civil rights client’s appeal at the United States Circuit Court for the Fifth Circuit where the appellate court denied a police officer’s claim of qualified immunity.

Madeline was recently elected to the Board of Governors for the Mississippi Association for Justice, the oldest organization of trial lawyers in Mississippi.
